Corrupt screen data

When using Xmanager, the graphics in windows gets corrupt. To restore normal display the computer needs to be reboot.
The damage doesn't happen at once. Every once in a while an icon/character/graphic shape is corrupt. This starts happening immediatly after Xmanager is launched and continues until it is closed.
The corrupt graphics appears in both Xmanager window and in other applications.
The system runs WIN2K pro and uses ATI rage 128 GL AGP graphics card.
Xmanager version is 1.3.8
