gnome-terminal: Segmentation fault [1]

I'm trying to evaluate Xmanager 1.3.9 under Windows XP.

I sucessfully connect Xmanager to my Redhat 7.3 box with gnome. Everything seems fine except... when I try to start a terminal under Xwindows, I got a dialog box pop-up with "Error: Application "gnome-terminal" (process xxxxx) has crashed due to a fatal error. (Segmentation fault)"

I don't know if someone got idea with this.
