One user starts receiving errors about missing font when running Xmanager. From the log file I found this:

Can't open 'C:Program FilesXmanager1.3.9aliases.en' file for font substitution.

Please turn the "Font->Show Missing Font Names" option off in the Xconfig utility. Some fonts are not installed in Xmanager but it can be automatically substituted by another one. The warning message is just for a debugging purpose.
