current release? [2]

I noticed a message from someone saying they had version 1.3.9.6 Build 6 but my xmanage.log file says I have just build 3. How can I get the current release? The download page just says 1.3.9.6 with a date of last July - which is when I downloaded my current version. However it is a slightly different size. Is it actually a new build of version 1.3.9.6?

The latest version is available at our download page. The release date is July 26 and version number is 1.3.9.6 build 7. The build 3 was released on June 28.
