Can a keyboard be configured as "US International" the way it works under Windows? Th epoint is to be able to use accents ('`") and tildes (¿

Please try the attached USInternational.xkb file. Copy it into the "C:Program FilesXmanager1.3.9" folder and select it in the Xconfig utility.
