Hi,
I'd just like to know how to use the lpr command from the xterm window to print on a (USB) printer on your PC. I'm running Windows XP with a cable connection through a router.
Thanks,
Alfred

For local printing, you need to enable the LPD(Line Printer Daemon) service in Windows XP. If the service is not available, you should install the "TCP/IP Print Service" in Windows CD.
NetSarang Computer is planning to introduce an easy-to-use LPD utility soon. It will provide users with a text formatting and a lot of other convenient features.
We hope this can help you.
