Xmanager dissapears in passive mode [2]
Xmanager dissapears in passive mode
Monday, October 14, 2002 2:28 PM - big guy
I use Xmanager in passive mode on Win98 through a cable modem. It worked the first time I used it, but not now. I normally connect through ssh using ttssh (because it is faster response). When I need to, I start an edit session. This works fine with Xwin32 and last night with Xmanager.
Login with ttssh
start Xmanager (program shows on taskbar)
start edit session from terminal window
Xmanager in Task Bar dissapears - no messages
Xwin32 still works fine
I am connecting to Solaris system.

Please try to turn the [Terminate At Reset] option off in the Xconfig utility.
If the problem persists, send the "C:Program FilesXmanager1.3.9Xmanager.log" file to support@netsarang.com.

That seemed to fix it. Wonder why it worked the first time?
Thanks
