Xaccess is failing

I followed your instructions to set up the server (Linux Redhat KDM), and I changed all the files the list said to, however, I get "willing but Xaccess failed".
How do I fix this?

Please check if the /etc/X11/xdm/Xaccess file has a read permission or it has been corrupted. If the problem persists, let us know about:
- The version of RedHat
- /var/log/xdm-errors file
- Your network environments(firewall, private IP, different network segment, and so forth)
- C:Program FilesXmanager1.3.9Xmanager.log file
