No xauth program; cannot forward with spoofing [1]

Xmanager is able to login using SSH just fine. However when it requests X11 forwarding... the returned message is

"Requesting X11 forwarding...

Remote Debug Message:
No xauth program; cannot forward with spoofing.
Failed."

and

"Server refused X11 forwarding request. Please make sure that server's X11 forwarding feature is enabled."

I checked the config file to make sure forwarding is on and it is. Any help on this?
