Xmanager Does Not Connect From IP

One of techies has given me a demo of your program for evaluation and I'm impressed as we are evaluating for deployment in about 100 locations.
On my internal home LAN (10.0.0.0/255.255.255.0) Xmanager is working perfectly. Xmanager is also working perfectly on dynamic dialup connection albeit very slowly as expected.
Xmanager is not working when I connect from my office (203.63.0.0/255.255.0.0) to test server (202.44.168.xxx) giving an error to the effect it cannot connect. All permissions seem OK and I can connect to box via ssh without any problem. Any clue as to why this is happening as your product works perfectly and the price is right compared to the other products we are looking at?

Please provide us more detailed connection steps you followed. If you tried to connect to the test server using Xstart with SSH protocol, we need all log messages displayed in the message window.
Depending on your connection method(Xstart with SSH, XDMCP using Xbrowser or Xmanager), the solution might be quite different.

I've not used Xbrowser only Xconfig using XDM.
XDM settings:
XDM Broadcast enabled (registered hosts are: 202.44.168.xxx & 10.0.0.1) Use Broadcast Address enabled.
Default IP address empty
XDMCP Port: 177
Security:
Enable Access Control disabled (have with Access enabled)
All other options are your defaults

Please check out the followings:
- Is an xdm is running on the test server?
- The test server shows up in the Xbrowser?
- Your IP is on the "/etc/hosts" file of the server?
- Is there a firewall between your PC and the server?
If the problem persists, please provide us more detailed information on the server name and version.
