Connect to Redhat Linux 9.0 fail. [5]

please help me!When i connect to Redhat 9.0,Xmanager told me 'XDMCP connection failed.try again?'.at the same time,i can find my Redhat system in Xbrowser.

And i am sure gdm already running.following is result of command ps -aux | grep dm

any more configuration be ignored?

Xmanager is a server software and listens on TCP 6000 ~ 6010. You should open the ports in your firewall. Please read FAQ #5 and #12.

I follow your direction,but problem still exist.
Even close my firewall.

Xmanager is a server program listening on TCP ports 6000~6010. Please configure the network properly so that those ports are widely opened to get connected from Linux.

Make sure to check your network status and the configuration of all the firewalls between Linux and PC using FAQ 4 & 5 as reference.

It also might be caused by an error of DNS, so please add the IP of your PC into /etc/hosts.

If the problem persists, please provide us the followings:

- C:\Program Files\Xmanager1.3.9\Xmanager.log
- /var/log/xdm-errors
