Focus Problem

We have the following problem when working with Xmanager2 (maybe even in one of the latest 1.3.9 releases).
we are working with nedit running on a Linuxbox and being displayed on an w2k workstation.
Do the follwing:
Open 2 Files, i.e. you have two nedit windows open. Iconify on of them and then, from the window still open, raise the other window via menubar. The previously iconified window opens. Start typing in that window...nothing happens. Instead all entered text appears in the background window. We have a simliar problem when running our own application ... so i was more then happy finding another application showing the same behaviour.
