According to the log messages, your Linux is in a private network. In that case, Xmanager cannot connect to the Linux box.
To solve your problem:
1. Forward UDP 177 port of the firewall box to the UDP 177 port of your Linux.
2. Connect to the firewall using Xmanager.
For more information about port forwarding, please refer to the manual for the firewall.
