Updating to Xmanager 2.0 [1]

I downloaded the upgrade to Xmanager 2.0 from version 1.3 (which was purchased 10/21/2003). When I run the install, it crashes while configuring the Windows installer and gives me an error message: 1628: Failed to complete installation. Any advice on how to proceed?

Xmanager 2.0 doesn't support upgrade from v1.3.9. You should install the Xmanager 2.0 full version. If v2.0 works well, uinstall v1.3.9 from your computer.
