Colors

Hi, I'm using XManager-1.3.9 on Win98.
Using KDE2(Linux) the colors are ok.
Using Windowmaker(Linux) or CDE(UnixWare7) lightblue becomes yellow.
The same problem with ORACLE Java-Applications like dbca/dbassist: steelblue becomes yellow.
I have adjusted the setting according the suggesitions in the thread "Colors in Kylix", but it did not make it better.
Thanks,
Wolfgang Grossbauer

Kylix is a special case and you need a different configuration in Xconfig.:
Backing Store: WhenMapped
Default Visual: PseudoColor
This will enable 256-color emulation.
We hope this can help you.

Your solution works but looks very granular, so not quite the right solution for a hires screen.

We are trying to release Xmanager 2.0 beta in the next week. It supports multi-visual and will fix your problem.
