xmanager version [1]

What is the latest xmanager? I see a ref. to 1.3.9.9 build 3 (Jan 20 2004) from the Download link on the website menu, but when attempting to download, it reports 1.3.9.9 build 1 (Nov 10 2003). What does the newer build do?

The latest version is v1.3.9.9 build 3.
The download page has been updated correctly.

The v1.3.9.9 build 3 fixes KDE input focus problem that was introduced in v1.3.9.9 build 1.
