XDM go to sleep: too many retransmissions

Not sure what to do in XP, so I can run Xmanager.

You should disable both firewall and TCP/IP filtering in XP.

To disable the firewall, open Control Panel, click Network Connections, right-click on the LAN interface, click Properties in the menu, and then click the Advanced tab.

To disable TCP/IP filtering, open Control Panel, click Network Connections, right-click on the LAN interface, click Properties in the menu, select Internet Protocol(TCP/IP) in the list, click Properties, click the General tab, click Advanced, click the Options tab, select TCP/IP filtering, and then click Properties.

If it doesn't fix the problem, please check if your XP and 2000 are located in the same LAN segment. Also, some applications such as anti-virus may block Xmanager connections.

Hope to solve the problem.
