key mappings of @ key and $ key are not mapped correctly in Xmaanger .

Please let us know which keyboard file you are using. You can check it by running Xconfig, and then clicking Input tab. The default keyboard file is us101.xkb.
Also let us know in which application (such as xterm or dtterm) the problem occurs.
