run script deal file characters encodings error [2]

Hi ,I use xshell6 ,when i run python script, xshell6 pop the error tips window,
it can't deal file's encodings ,

I've tried utf-8、GBK、default and so on,but it doesn't work.

Program Ver. : Xshell 6

Some things have been forgotten, same python script run in xshell5 was OK.
