The color of the terminal follows the color scheme of Xshell. Double check which color scheme is used in your session file.

Is the issue with ANSI color codes 90~107 fixed for 16 color space? If yes, which release?
What about 256 color space? I have similar issue when trying to display color 8-15 in 256 color space, the customized bright colors in xshell color scheme are not used.
