I tried all settings/ options in Xshell 5 but didn't see anything related to that. Where should I find? Could you please guide me step by step?

Tools -> Options -> Advanced tab -> Text Editor

You can designate your favorite editor in Tools -> Options -> Advanced tab: Text Editor.

You can edit and save any text in the Xshell terminal with your favorite editor. Try right-clicking in the Xshell terminal.
