I got an installation error on windows 10

Error code 20001001 and says I lost installation necessary files. I have re-download the install package and still got this error. Can anyone help me?

Certain antivirus programs may not allow a temporary system directory to be written which would make installation not possible. Please check your antivirus configurations.
