Add cmd and powershell to protocol [3]

I have tried Xshell6, and local protocol is added. But it's not CMD nor PowerShell, which make it useless.

Add another vote for better Windows console integration. PowerShell is what Microsoft is supporting for cross platform administration. This makes it a necessity for inclusion in XShell.
