Tab is not working [10]

Hello,

Recently I am having troubles not getting TAB in the Xshell window. When I open, every time it gives me new window or new window in opened window.

I would like to open in tab.

Can anyone help me?

Program Ver. : Xshell 4

Check if 'Open multiple sessions in a silgle Xshell window' option turns on in Tools-> option -> Advanced of Tools menu.

Thank you for your response. Yes, it is checked .. but still not working .. It was working before but suddenly stopped working ...

Please try reinstalling Xshell. You will still have your sessions when you install Xshell again.

If the problem persists, can you explain what you mean by 'When I open, every time it gives me new window or new window in opened window.'?

Thank you for your reply. Basically, I did not have the following features. I want to use TAB feature, that is not working in my case. I did remove completely and re-installed but did not work.

Using Session tab to open multiple sessions in a single window

Session tab lets you open multiple sessions in a single Xshell window. A session is added to the Session tab when it starts and users can freely switch the displayed name, close the session, and rearrange the order. There is no problem to give you screenshot... The problem is " I can not open many TABs in one window". When I open TAB, it opens on the same window. Meaning that, opened window is overlapped by new SSH. I want it opens new tab instead overlapping existing window.

This is very unique case. We have never received similar incident before.

The only thing I can think of right now is the Open multiple sessions in a single window option under Options but this option is checked.

Is the Session tab menu selected in the View menu?

We has the same issue, as suggested by technical team go to View-->Click on Session Tab. Solved the issue.

Problem not solved
When i try to open new tab program open me new a window
if i have already open 4 tabs before
