Although you cannot change the quick command set for all tabs, you can set the default quick command set. To do this:

1. Open Xshell
2. While you are offline, select File >Properties.
3. In the Default Session Properties dialog box, go to the Advanced menu.
4. Select a Quick Command set that you want to use across all sessions.

Also, you can set Quick Command for individual session using the session properties.

Yes, this has been implemented into Xshell 6. You can change the quick command sets for all sessions by right clicking the quick command pane and selecting 'Quick commands to all sessions.'
