Use Linux Subsystem in Win10? [1]

Is there a way for Xshell to connect to the Ubuntu Subsystem in Windows 10? Ideally I'd like it to use that instead of the command line by default.

So I don't want to connect to an existing bash, I'd like to somehow use a new bash from inside Xshell.
