missing tab [1]

When I using Xshell6 for a while, the tab will disappear suddenly just like the attachment showed. It mean that when I open multiple ssh, I can't select them. It also reproduce in Xshell5, then I change to Xshell6 beta. Unfortunately, the Xshell6 has the same problem. What should I do now to repair it?

Are you, by chance, hitting Ctrl+Shift+T? This key is toggles hide/show session tabs.
