Unable to login session without passphrase [1]

I am unable to login session without passphrase.when I generated the public and private keys I did not mention any passphrase.

Program Ver. : Xshell 5

Xshell allows private keys with empty passphrases. Try logging in again.

If the problem persists, please provide the error message you are seeing as well as a screenshot of the issue.
