Set ssh establish connection timeout [1]
Set ssh establish connection timeout
Thursday, January 12, 2017 4:03 PM - Luis
Hi,
I have a server that takes a long time (about 10 seconds) to give you prompt. Xshell drops the connection due to timeout at 5 seconds.
Is there any possibility to change the default timeout on a connection?
Thanks.
Program Ver. : Xshell 5

You need to adjust this on a system level, the Windows OS. You'll need to find out the connection time-out value of tcp/ip in Windows.
