How can I deactivate Agent-Forewarding in Xagent? [3]

Hello,

we need to keep the Xagent running becaus we use lots of ssh sessions and we don't want to enter our passphrase again and again. But we have to switch off agent forwarding to prevent the ssh agent forward forgery (using the socket of another user).

Where can I switch off the agent forwarding or is it planned to add a switch for that?

This feature is not available in Xshell yet. I have requested the feature and you can refer to it as case # 1845.

Do you have an estimate on when this feature will be available ?

This feature will be available in the next major version. For now, the current version of Xagent provides an option to let the user decide whether or not to allow agent forwarding when it is requested.
