Hello,
I vahe a text files containing arabic characters.
Instead of showing the real characters, Xshell is showing interrogation sign.
Can Anyone help me ?

if you're using Arabic Windows, there should be no issue viewing and writing in Arabic characters. If you're not using Arabic Windows, only utf-8 text can be seen.
Even though you're in an Arabic Windows environment, the next three conditions should all be set the same:
1. The encoding of the terminal: echo $LANG
2. The encoding of Xshell: This can be verified through Xshell's toolbar
3. The encoding of your documents
