No matching outgoing encryption algorithm found

I use xshell 4 build 0128 connect to my server(open sshd) , message show "No matching outgoing encryption algorithm found"

But I use putty is OK.

How to fix it's ?

Go to the session properties > SSH > Security and click on the Edit button. Select everything in the Cipher list. Try connecting to the server again.

Xmanager has been updated from version 3.
Download the latest version and check the algorithms are included.

I'm having same problem with Xshell 5 Build 1333
Test server : ubuntu 17.10
OpenSSH_7.5p1 Ubuntu-10, OpenSSL 1.0.2g 1 Mar 2016
everything is checked security settings.

Xshell can connect to Ubuntu 17.10's SSH system with the default configuration. It may be that the SSH server has been changed to support only ciphers such as chacha20-poly1305 which Xshell currently does not support.

The ssh server must utilize a cipher which Xshell supports.

We recommend aes series ciphers such as aes128-ctr, aes192-ctr, aes256-ctr, aes128-gcm@openssh.com, aes256-gcm@openssh.com as they are more secure.
