A recent update to version build 1333 version 5, has deleted all my previous sessions. All 60 sessions are gone, now I have to rebuild them, how can i recover them? has any folder structure changed?

Xshell's update system does not delete any user information including session files.
Older builds of Xshell 5 used the %APPDATA% folder as its data folder. Recently, Xshell changed its data folder to the user's Documents folder. Check if the data folder location as changed. If so, the session files will be in the old data folder.
