Create session direct from a list [1]

Hello Friends!
Doen anybody know how can I create session by editng a text file? I do have a list of hosts with IP address, host name and access protocol, but the list is very long and create one by one will make me spend a very long time. So I was thinking if the system has an easear way to create the sessions.
