please improve the local commands [3]

The local commands are very good. There is a suggestion.
First, use list to list all the session
Secondary,use open to open one session
open + session name，but the session name maybe very complex,so ,There should be a index number or ID,use it to open session.
The session name and the description will help us to identify the right session.

When you list sessions, they will have some kind of alias in numbers so that when you open a session, you don't have to type the entire name but just use the ID number instead.
