found a bug when rename tabs

Hello,
I set Alt+r as the shortcut of rename current tab, and then found a bug: For example, i have 2 tabs: tab1 and tab2. I click tab2 by mouse, and then use Alt+1 to swich to tab1, and then use Alt+r to rename tab. Obviously I want to rename tab1, but actually I renamed tab2. In other words, Alt+1 only swich 'outer active tab' to tab1, some 'inner active tab' remain point to tab2. and 'inner active tab' only can swich by mouse.
Program Ver. : Xshell 5
