Alternating from TWM to KDE(or WindowMaker) [1]

I¿ new to Xmanager and Linux, my boss closed alternated from KDE to TWM, and now we can¿ do anything (printing server)... How can I go back to KDE???

ps: I may be confusing KDE with WindowMaker, it can be anyone.

I'm not an expert in Linux but I've solved several problems by deleting ".gnome" and ".kde" related directories from my $HOME directory. That will restore the initial configuration of your desktop.
