How do I setup XDMCP server in RHL8.0

Hi
I have a windows 98 machine and in that I have installed X manager. Now I have a linux machine which is having Red Hat Linux 8.0 (Aquamarine). It is having a GUI login.
Now I tried to make it into an XDMCP server using XDMCP how to but in the middle of it also I was confused. The problem is that what is the display manager for the login screen itself. I know that when a user logins he can choose his display manager. But where do I do modifications so that it becomes an XDMCP server and after this also my X manager is not showing it in the detected system.
How do i convert it.
And secondly why is there no XDMCP GUI configuration tool available in Linux 8.0
And what are the other options by which I can get my GUI from an X server
and can the same thing be done with windows?
Any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated ...
