Board graphic disappears [1]

I am using Xbrowser (Xmanager Enterprise)to connect the HP-UX. The board graphic was disappeared when I type the command "board consultant" at BT-basic windown.

However, How can I get the .log file for the Xmanager Enterprise ?

This program may occur in old CAD programs that use Pseudocolor mode.
Please follow the instruction below to configure Xmanager:

1. Run Xconfig.
2. Open Default Profile.
3. Click the Color tab.
4. Select PseudoColor in the Choose Default Visual list.
5. Click the Advanced tab.
6. In the Backing Store option, choose When Mapped.
7. Click OK.
8. Restart Xmanager.
