Problem when connect to SunOS 5.9 [1]

I want to connect to SUNOS5.9 using xmanager2.1 from WinXP. After connected, I got the login screen. But there was no desktop display after login, it was just black window box. The login identity is correct.
Can anyone help me?

This problem may occur when the DISPLAY variable is assigned manually.

To solve this problem, remove the line that assigns the DISPLAY variable from your login script (profile, .cshrc, .bashrc etc).

If your problem persists, please send us the following information.

1. var/dt/Xerrors file.
2. Describe your network environment including the IP addresses.
