I am using XManager 2.0 version.I just wanted to know how to increase the font size in XManger window as I feel it is small and causing strain to my eyes when I am reading. Can you please help me in this regard.

Font size is application dependent and you should set it up in each application basis. For instance, if you are using xterm, prese control + right click and select an appropriate font size.
In case, you are talking about KDE or Gnome, you can use their control panel.

Brian is absolutely right. Here are some more tips.
You can also specify fonts in the .Xdefaults file. For example:
XTerm*Font: -misc-fixed-*-*-normal-*-15-*-*-*-*-*-*-*
XTerm*boldFont: -misc-bold-*-*-normal-*-15-*-*-*-*-*-*-*
