I had the same problem on my Xmanager 1.3.9 before. Check out this page:
/bbs/detail.html?id=xmanager&num=1333&page=1&s_select=5&s_text=450
I am using Xmanager 2.0 now and it doesn't seem to have this problem any more. Upgrade your Xmanager if your problem persists.

Thanks,
but I use the 2.0 also.
I find a method to resolve this problem, when I add a font server which I will login at the default X profile tab font, then this problem will dispear.
The question is Xmanager has so many fonts, why it can not suppport? Meanwhile, the KEA! software can.

Hi support,
Thanks for your comments.
The remote host is a Sun v880, os is Solaris 8, and the application is our internal software to simualate the telephone. when we start this software, then a telephone picture will display.

When I use add font directory by Xconfig to add the misc font of KEA, and move up this font to the top, then everything is normal, there is no error occured. Although Xmanager has Misc font also, but it less than misc of KEA. Attachment is misc font of KEA, please investigate it for improving.

The olcursor.pcf file in the Solaris 8 seems to be different from that of Xmanager. Please try downloading the attached olcursor.pcf file and move it to the Xmanager Misc font directory. It is located in:
C:\Program Files\NetSarang\Xmanager2\Fonts\Misc
If your problem persists, please send us the Xmanager log file. It is saved in:
C:\Document and Settings\%USERNAME%\Application Data\NetSarang\Xmanager\2\Log\*.log
Hope this solves your problem.
*Please back up your original files before making any change to your system.
