unable start startx [1]

I have just downloaded Xmanager 2.0 build 0500.
i have got RH 9 server and i have installed xmanager on win2003 system. I tried using both telnet and SSH, i can get xterm windows and from there i can open cui application like mozilla and evolution but i want startx windows. how can i get it instead of xterm i tried giving this command
/usr/X11R6/bin/startx but it doesn't work i am also attaching the log file pls can any body help me

Use gnome-session for Gnome and start-kde for KDE.
