Which to use, Xstart or Xbrowser?

I want to be able to access my RHEL ES ver. 3 servers remotely with the full desktop environment, not a command line interface. I have a Windows XP PC desktop and I'm having a hard time in setting up your product. It's confusing to me which to use. I tried to use the Xbrowser, but continue to get "XDMCP connection failed, retry?". I made the changes to the /etc/X11/gmd/gmd.conf file on the servers, rebooted them but I still get that connection failed error. Also, in Xbrowser, my servers don't show up automatically. I even tried to add them manually (with the IP) but that still didn't work. What else do I need to do on the server side? Your FAQ section only has a few Q&A suggestions which only 1 applied to my situation. That's the one I already did with modifying the gmd.conf file. I tried your solution and it didn't work. What am I missing? This shouldn't be that hard to configure.

Thanks
