Xbrowser can't make XDMCP connection to FC6

I am trying to use Xmanager to connect to a Fedora Core 6 on the same LAN as is running the Xmanager in Windows XP. I have made the edits in the Linux config files as specified in the FAQ and made an exception for Xmanager in the XP firewall. Xbrowser does not show the linux box on startup. When I set up a session specifically for that box it tries for a while then says XDCMP session failed. The log file is attached. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Steve. It seems your Linux machine is not allowing UDP 177 port. Also check if gdm process is running. If not, you need to run it.
Perhaps netsarang's Xmanager download page (/download/down_xme2.html) might help you setting up your server. Look at the start up guide included.
