How to configure Xmanager to CentOS? [1]

I need to connect to remote CentOS using Xmanager. But when i try to connect it failed. can any one please give me the steps to do that.
# Do we need to edit some files in remote centos? what are those steps?
# How to configure xmanager to that centos desktop?
