Yes, VPN works with Xmanager. Just choose the VPN assigned IP address when connecting.

How do you choose VPN IP, where do you type that VPN IP?

There is no need to type in the VPN IP yourself.

You can select your local VPN IP address in XDMCP session properties in Xbrowser. Look for Local address in the General tab.

Also, you can choose a IP from the IP selector dialog box. This dialog box pops up when you start an XDMCP session if you have multiple IP address assigned to your PC.
