X apps won't run using XStart [1]

I have moved my Xmanager installation to a new machine and now when I connect to an AIX server XStart connects properly using TELNET, but the X application (XTerm, DTTerm or Xsession) will not run.
I set the connection to show reply messages, the telnet session connects properly with no errors or warning, but the app that is specified in the "Execution Command" box never starts.
I had this running on the old machine, but I must have missed something in the new setup.

Gotta follow the step3 # 3&4.
