Cannot Connect to Linux Caldera

Hi,
I installed my XManager and tried to connect to Linux Caldera platform but dont work.
I followed all the instruction in XManager Faq but still it did not work...

Plese help me.

Have you tried the step-by-step guide (Step 3) on the download page? If not, /download/down_xme2.html
