dtterm and cyrillic fonts Xstart,AIX [5]

Hi all.
I'm using a dtterm connection to an IBM Aix server to run a sqlplus connection to an Oracle machine (linux) with db installed with UTF-8 mode.
The problem is that I can't see cyrillic character as output to the query (with putty I can).
I'm evaluating Xmanager 2.0 and cyrillic fonts are installed both on Aix and my pc.
Can anyone help me?

For Cyrillic character set, you have to install additional font pack. Here is the link:

Hi.
Fonts installed (dir "C:\Programmi\NetSarang\Xmanager Fonts\ISO8859-5\cyrillic") and ISO8859-5\cyrillic is on font catalogues of Xconfig myserver.profile.
Now, how can I use these fonts? Changing the default font (now "fixed") is required? If so, what is the correct name?

When you launch a dtterm window alone with Xstart, it does not load some of the necessary resources for displaying and entering the UTF-8 character sets. To fix this problem, use Xbrowser to connect to the AIX machine, and select Cyrillic UTF-8 from the login window. From the CDE window, you can open up a dtterm to do your work.

I've not UTF-8 Cyrillic on the login window,
but I've serbian cyrillic and bulgarian (I need bulgarian language). Is it the same thing?
If so, I can't see bulgarian fonts, but other characters. Why?

If you can't see Serbian Cyrillic UTF-8 or Bulagrian UTF-8 in the login screen, it is most likely those are not installed. In this case, you cannot read or write anything that is encoded with UTF-8 format. You should install these fonts and try again.

ALso, try using Xshell instead. It can read/write Cyrillic UTF-8 format. To change encoding to Cyrllic UTF-8, in the Toolbar, click Output Encoding, and then click the encoding you want to use. Make sure that your Windows has corresponding language pack installed.
